If you're experiencing issues activating the payment functionality on your HyperRing, follow this guide to identify and resolve common activation problems:


Common Activation Issues and Solutions


1. NFC Communication Problems

Symptoms: App doesn't detect your HyperRing, or shows "Communication Error" during activation

Solutions:

- Ensure your phone has NFC enabled in your device settings

- Try different positions when holding your HyperRing against your phone

- Remove any phone case that might block the NFC signal

- Restart your phone and try again


2. App Recognition Issues

Symptoms: App doesn't show your wearable or doesn't offer payment activation

Solutions:

- Close and reopen the HyperRing Pay app

- Ensure your HyperRing is properly connected to the HyperRing Pay app

- Remove and reconnect your HyperRing in the app

- Update the HyperRing Pay app to the latest version


3. Bank Authentication Failures
